Michael Curry, President and Attorney, founded Enterprise Title Services of Indiana in January of 1993. His background originated with one of the larger realtor groups in central Indiana by attending their closings. During this time, Mike had developed numerous relationships with realtors, which led to the success of this company.
When Enterprise Title Services of Indiana initially started, he was joined with Barbara Forbes, who headed up the closing department for Graves Realtors at that time. Also joining the team was Paula Richards, our current Title Production Manager. Other valued team members that joined us during this time were; Kristine Thomas, our current CFO, Amber Hutson, our Processing Manager, Jody Colwell, our current Search Management Specialist, Kerry Cooley, an Escrow Officer, and Lila Lindner, a Title Examiner. Enterprise Title Services of Indiana soon grew to three offices, including Noblesville and Indianapolis, West Side.
In 1999, the company was approached, and was bought out by Stewart Title, with Mike to run its central Indiana operation. From April 1, 2000 to March 2003, Mike and many members of Enterprise Title, worked at Stewart Title. While at Stewart Title, Mike met Chris Iverson. In January 2003 Mike left Stewart Title and started the process of re-opening a new title company with the Enterprise Title brand. Chris Iverson joined the new team as an owner and as the sales team manager. Many of the team members who started with Enterprise Title, came back for its re-birth. Since then, Enterprise Title has grown into one of the largest locally owned and operated agencies in Central Indiana. It has grown from a staff of seven when it reopened, to its current staff of thirty-one. All our work is performed by Indiana Employees, servicing the needs of Central Indiana.
Over half the staff of Enterprise Title has over a decade worth of knowledge and experience, many of which have two to three decades worth. We have not let this experience go to waste. Enterprise Title recognizes that much of the title industry is trained by mentoring, and we have been aggressively mentoring the next generation of title searchers, examiners, processors, closers, sales members and leaders in the industry.
Enterprise Title is a proud member of the Indiana Land Title Association, the American Land Title Association, Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors and Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis.
